Our LED Teeth Whitening Kit has been designed to whiten your teeth in the comfort of your own home. The whitening process has been formulated to deliver maximum results in 8 applications, with each application being only 10 minutes.

Steps to follow:

Step 1. Submerge mouth tray in hot water of approximately 80 degrees for 10 seconds to soften the mouth tray. Submerge mouth tray in cold water for 10 seconds before placing it over your teeth. Gently apply pressure to the mouth tray to allow it to mold to the shape of your teeth.

Step 2 . Apply a thin layer of whitening gel to the mouth tray (0.25 to 0.4ml each for the upper and lower trays). Spread the gel evenly across the mouth tray.

Step 3 . Insert mouth tray back over your teeth and ensure that it seats firmly on. You might choose to apply a little vaseline on your gums, This would ease the slight stinging sensation (perfectly harmless) you might feel if the peroxide comes into contact with your gums.

Step 4 . Apply LED light on the mouth tray for 10 minutes.

Step 5 . Repeat this treatment once a day and track your progress towards achieving that beautiful white smile :)
